This week i decided that i would make this with instruction of NEGirl from Country Heart and Home blog.
I must admit i nearly did forget to take a photograph. Everyone pounced as soon as it came out of the oven. So here is the small bit that was left lol. I say left... it was only left until Ben managed to eat his in super record time then ask for more. I think i will be making this one again !!
I used red wine and 500ml of beef stock and served it with baked beans YUMMMY !!!http://countryheartandhome.blogspot.com/2010/01/country-cottage-pie-with-cheesy-mash.html

Rainmacs' MSE sketch challenge

Dear Rainmac

Thankyou for setting this challenge, after all the drinkies on New Years Eve. I am so pleased that you didn't hit me with a swing card LOL....... Oooooh that was such a nightmare challenge LOL.

Here is my 'go' at the sketch challenge that you set

Of course it had to have a Tilda on it ;O)
Tilda, piano and candlestick is taken from the new Winter Stamp Club set. Embossed paper is from my cuttlebug stylized flowers and backing paper is from the New Basic Grey ' Sugar Rush' collection.
Love from Choccy xx

Happy New Year ...Are you ready for me 2010 ?

Well Christmas came and went.... I didnt get chance to blog what with one thing and another. I will catch up though and post about the fabby advent swap i did with Furrypig and Sylphraven..... Trees were trimmed,Mince Pies and lots of chocolate were eaten. Friends and family gathered and shared making happy memories. 2009 held lots of special moments and found new friends that really touched my heart. I had 2 full days out with dear friends and a couple of days in Telford. Now whilst these arent really big things to most people. After the last 3 years and my attack these were huge events to me. I made some true friends in 2009, i hope they will put up with my looniness ( is that a word ? ) in 2010 lol. Thanks gals xxx

2009 closed on a sad note. With my friend Alexs' mum passing away on the afternoon of New Years Eve. Ludda will be sadly missed by us all, she was a kind caring lady who always made us smile, she did say a few naughty things that really made us all giggle.... At the stroke of 12, we sent her two rockets and drank a toast to this wonderful woman.

2010 will be our year !! I often say that to my friend Jan who lives in Indianna, USA. Its been our new years chant since 2000. This year huh Jan ? Things will get better ;O) . Thankyou for being there for me over this last 10 years. Or maybe that should say putting up with me ;O) lol

So 2010..... Lets see what you have to offer.....

CP challenge. Autumnal colours

This month The-wife set the challenge to use autumnal colours in a card.
Now this Tilda stamp is actually called Tilda with blueberries, but i think they look like nuts, so coloured brown thats what they became ;O) . I put both my oval and rectangle through my cuttlebug using divine swirls. Added abit of Jelly Tot card candy. Then decided to chalk abit, now i am soo not very good at using chalks lol. The orange oval was chalked over in bright orange. Then i used a bright green for between the swirls. I still have to add a sentiment to the card. But i havent decided its 'purpose' yet ;O)
