Ahhh what a huge relief , we had rain durring the night which has cooled down everywhere.. So pleased that ive been able to sleep a little longer than usual.  I love the sun and it being warm but i hate not being able to sleep at night..

OSAAT Challenge 115 Red White and Blue

Well next weekend is a long one here... With the jubilee weekend. Is anyone doing anything exciting ?  Any street parties ? There isn't any near here :O( Sometimes i really miss living in a village community as i did for the silver jubilee...
Ah well onto my usual Sunday things :O)
Keeping in mind next weekend ( or independance day for my friends in USA)

This week i worked with one of our new creators Priyanka from 'My heart pieces'

I used some of the Portebello Road collection for the backing paper then added some blue distressed co ordinations card. Of course we had to have shiney balloons on there. So i had to add some sparkly gems to add to the shine.

One Stitch At A Time

Sunday again .... oh my the weeks are flying by !! Its hard to believe we are already nearing the end of May !!. I am amazed how quickly this year is going..
Anyway onto our funtastic challenge this week at One Stitch At A Time.... Its everyones favorite
Anything Goes :O)

For this challenge it was my turn to pick an image for Mandy and myself to use.. I chose 'Fun in the rain' by Donna at Lil Diva stamps.  The image is perfect for the weather we have been having at the minute.... hasn't the weather been strange ? Sunny and warm one day then really cold or raining the next . Very unpredictable..
Back to craftier things. My DT  card for today is this one

I had to make this card flat .... it was one that needed posting. What with the steep increase in postage costs, i kept this in mind when creating.

I then made another card using this image for my emergency card box..
