OSAAT Challenge Time

Its Sunday, so that means only 1 thing .... OSAAT. Well maybe a roast dinner too lol ;O)

I have finally made the time to, join back in with the team and make cards again... Its been far far too long. For my .... comeback I got to use a gorgeous image/ paper pack by the stuntastic  Coosty Creations  and I used her brilliant Steampunk Ship Digital stamp and Paper Pack  Its such a great image especially for men. Which as we all know is one of the hardest cards to make ;O)

Heres my creation

I have used ric rac ribbon and hessian on my card along with 2 papers from the kit. Not forgetting the stunning image which I have coloured with my Pro Markers and a gold signo pen ;O)

OSAAT Challenge 159

Well after a total rubbish week, the sun is out.... It always amazes me how abit of sunshine makes everything seem abit better.  I feel as if i have learnt so much this past week,. Things still surprise me, I still get flustrated and i have such lovely friends and family... Thankyou to each and everyone of them that reminded me i was loved this week.... I really am blessed to have such support around me..

Onto my card this week.... Its a gooorgeous image by the very talented BeebeeKakes...
I tried to keep my card super simple this week.. The paper was super busy and i didn't want to take anything away from the scrummy image.

One Stitch At A Time

Ooooh its been a long time since i've managed to blog... I promise i will try to join in with my teamies more....  Ive been a busy Choccy.. Setting myself up as a Stampin up demonstrator :O) and working more and more..

Anyway onto my post for today... Today i have used the gorgeous image 'Poodles' by our very own StitchyBear.... The image was chosen by my sweetheart of a teamie, Mandy.. Sorry ive abandoned you and left you to hold the teamie fort sweetie xx

OSAAT challenge #155

Well theres no card from me today .Its been another one of those weeks.... but i have 2 days off this week. So i am going to spend at least one of those days crafting.... Its going to be my birthday too :O) How exciting to have my birthday the same week as StitchyBear store. ( I am a little older than 3 though hehe)  So appologies for my no makes.... I will be back ontop of things real soon. I will be back to share my birthday makes too :O) xx

OSAAT challenge #151 Girly

Well i have been such a busy Choccy.. What with demo days, Starting my new Stampin Up business, work and choosing the new DT  girls that ive sadly not had time to post on my blog.... Its on my to do list  but unfortunately by the time i sit down in an evening i dont have the energy to create... My work hours are now finally sorted so no more silly overtime for me :O) 
You should all be seeing much more of me here..

For todays challenge at One Stitch At A Time. I thought it was time we got our girly going.... So thats todays challenge ... 'make it girly'.

For todays creation i got to play with an image from Beary Dust called 'Fairy Dreams' she is simply adorable and perfect i thought for a girly card.

To make my card i coloured the image using promarkers then added stickles to her wings. Fairy wings are sparkly right ?  She has liquid pearls in her hair and of course her hair is a beautiful shade of purple :O)

On the 8x8 elegant tent card ( available from the shop i work at ) I used Tim Holtz picked rasberry and peacock feathers and did abit of swishing ;O) I am going to add abit of thin white lace through the holes around the edges.. But in true Choccy fashion.... i havent done that bit yet....  I will update my post later today.. time permitting

Our challenge this week is to create somewith with a love theme. So valentines card or anything '''love''

To make my card this week i used an image by Teri at Delicious Doodles called 'lovers'.. Such a great image to make a simple card.. Thats what i needed today .... a nice simple card ;O) 
Ive been creating for another big craft demo day that i did yesterday. So its been a little busy here as you can imagine...

For the next challenge at OSAAT we are starting the NEW year with a 'New' challenge. So get your new Christmas stash items out.. Or make a card that can be used for new ... new baby.. new home ... new year (birthday) You get the idea..  ;O)

For this challenge i used Hope Jacare again ;O) This time its the most gorgeous Owl on a swirly branch :O)   Now how perfect is this image for ANY  birthday ?

 

I used a lemon card blank then used some of the new Papermania Spots and stripes range, the papers, ribbon and cardboard buttons. All these have just arrived at my day job :O) I work at a Stationers that has do crafts craft items ... :O) Yes its a hard job but someone has to do it ;O)

 

The image was a dream to colour and i must say i will deffinately be using this image again to create my personal birthday cards.. pink owl for a girl and blues for a boy ;O)

For this challenge i picked a gorgeous image by Teri from Delicious Doodles called 'Snowy Postbox'  now i think this is a perfect Christmas image.
Here's my creation

Please excuse how dark this picture is.. I wanted to try to capture some of the stickles that i have used on it.

Here's a close up of the image.

 

All the snow has stickles on it. So it glistens like snow. I must say that i love this image !!! Its perfect for a quick card or you can take a little while adding more to your card. As i have tried to do with this one...

OSAAT challenge #136 Use a Digi

Well what a week it has been here at Choccy towers...... My DT  card will be here later today.. I appologise to my teamies... Heres whats happened... I made my card...  photographed it... sent it to someone... Came to getting ready for Spain... Deleted all photographs off my sd camera card !!!!
Yep you guessed it... i hadnt transferred the pictures of todays card :O(  
Oh my !!! 
I have been working from 9 - 5.30 every day. So its been 7pm before i got home ...

My image is coloured and drying then i just need to put it together later...  Pop by the Challenge blog and see all the challenge details and my teamies gorgeous creations....

Well hopefully my post has gone live at the right time and blogger has behaved itself...
As this goes live i am hopefully by the pool..... in Spain :O) I know i know .... a weird start to my challenge post.. But its my first holiday in a long time and its sooooo needed ... I can assure all my friends in the UK  that i am filling my case with sunshine and bringing it home...

One Stitch At A Time ...... Autumn

Well what on earth is the weather up too ?? Really cold at night and early morning. Then by lunchtime the sun is out and its warm.. Its getting dark too by 7.30pm .. Yes i think i can say Autumn is finally here.. To celebrate the change in season at One Stitch At A Time we have Autumn as our theme..

For this creation i got to work with Pookie Designs and chose the image called Nighty Night. You can get the image here.   I think this image would be just perfect foe a sleepover invite ? So thats what i made... You know the idea.. You spend all summer with your friends then have to go back to school, so you dont get to play all day... Re create summer with a weekend sleepover ;O)  Heres my creation.

To create my card. I used an A6  card blank. I used my scalloped nestie dies to cut around the image, then inked the edges. Of course i had to use glossy accent and stickles on my image. Then a little gem or 2. The embossed paper was made using a triboss folder that i picked up at work..  Yes you read that right ... i have started a part time job in a craft and stationary store !!!  I know its a hard job. But someone has to do it ;O) Its fantastic .... i love it !!

I kept my card to browns and oranges to keep in with the autumn theme too :O)

One Stitch At A Time for an under 18

Well what a busy busy week here at Choccy palace !!!  Boys back to school, starting a new part time job in the one place that most crafters think they would love .... A craft shop !!!  Yes its very dangerous  LOL

At OSAAT this week we are thinking of our little ones again.
The theme is to create for an under 18 ;O)
