For this challenge my teamie Mandy chose this sweeeet image called 'Sally' by Donna from 'lil diva'

What a joy it was to create with this image.

Heres my card:

I coloured 'Sally' with my Promarkers and added stickles and glossy accents ( Well you have to dont you ? ;O) )

I added lots of teeeny gems around the scallops and edges of the image/papers.

I do love this card.. Great image choice Mandy :O)

Thankyou cards

As i wrote on my last One Stitch At A Time post it was my birthday on Sunday. Well i know that my friend Judy has received her card now, So i can blog the thank you cards that i made for family and friends that were so kind to send me gifts... Ive been a very lucky Choccy this year :O) With crafty gifts, chocolates, flowers, a watch, money and my best gift i think i have EVER  received a weeks all inclusive holiday to Benidorm in Spain !!! My mum and dad are just the best ever :O)

OSAAT 'Girly' challenge #105

Happy (UK) Mothers Day !

I am doing this post a few weeks in advance as today isn't only Mothers Day its my birthday ;O) So i fancied a lie in and breakfast in bed lol .. I did say this was in advance. I am probably sat checking that my post goes live at the correct time etc LOL....  Anyway hope that all have a brilliant day and everyone is spoilt.

For this challenge i worked with an image from Barbara Jensen called 'Ponygirl'

What a gooorgeous fun image it is !!

Heres my card :

I coloured the image with promarkers and added glossy accents on the 'red' bits. The flowers i made myself :O) Then i used the same red card to punch out 2 Butterflies. Added some large clear gems 'bling' and a sentiment.

All added onto a scalloped swirly girly card :O)

OSAAT #103 Reuse or Recycled

Another Sunday :O) Another challenge over at One Stitch At A Time :O)

This week we are challenging you to either reuse or recycle something. Rgeres some fantastic creations over at the challenge blog. So i hope that you have stopped by there.. You wont be disappointed, i promise you.

For this challenge i worked with Oase from Panda bear designs where i chose this gorgteous paper set called ' Going in Circles'

With the theme being 'reuse or recycle'.

I chose to reuse.

I reused the card enverlope that i had left from buying a pack of little love  cards. I took it to pieces and recovered it with a grey circles paper.

Then i took a chocolate bar and replaced the paper wrapper with a piece of the plain pink from the set of papers.

On the chocolate bar i then used lots of gems to 'bling' it abit

I punched out 2 butterflies adding liquid pearls to the body and stickles to the edge of their wings.
