OSAAT New Baby card for Shell

At One Stitch At A Time this week. It was Shells' turn to pick the theme.. She wanted to see New Baby cards.

The sponsor this week is the Stamping Boutique, who are giving a randomly chose winner 5 digi images of their choice. (Click on the logo to go to their store)

I was lucky to be given one of their images to play with and heres the cards that i created using it. Of course i had to make a card for a New Baby Boy and a New Baby Girl ;O)

Sometimes when you are faced with such a cute image .... it has to be done LOL

For this challenge i was also lucky to get to play with some gorgeous papers by Jess from Floppy Latte Designs. I chose to use her Spring Ginghams pack 1 which are available to buy here.

Well a few of my followers may know that i am going to be a granny.. for the first time in July ( and i am soooooooooooooo excited !!) When i saw the gorgeous papers from Jess i knew that i had to create a baby book, for Mom to keep a record of his first year ( Yes shes expecting a baby boy ) So above is the baby book that ive started to make up for his arrival.

Ive yet to fill in all the details on the front and create all the pages for all of his firsts.... Thinking first bath... first smile.. you get the idea.. I have 3 months left to get the book ready, so i will be working on it every spare moment.

The stamps that i used were inky stamps instead of digi ones... I did get inky too. !! LOL

I hope that you stop by and join in with Shells' New Baby Challenge. Dont forget to stop by the other DT members blogs too for inspiration and leave them some love.. Theres so many gorgeous cards that have been created this week....
