Creative Craft World. Sarahs' challenge

At Creative Craft World its time for a 'Celebration' receipe challenge thats been set by my talented team member Sarah.

Heres the ingredients:

1 x image (stamped, digi or photograph)
3 x flowers
1 x ribbon
2 x different papers
and of course it has to be a CELEBRATION (don't forget to let me know why it is special to you).

The challenge is sponsored by 2 amazing sponsors..

Stitchy bear stamps is offering some super cute digi stamps. ...Ive used one in my creation :o)
and
A new sponsor as a new sponsor Inspire me Papers and they have very generously donated an amazing prize of luxury occasions box worth a WHOPPING £30!!

So get out your mixing bowls add all the ingredients, abit of imagination and a memory or two. I cant wait to see what you end up with :o)
Dont forget to add in your post a little bit about your celebration.

For my Scrapbook LO i decided on a winter/christmas theme. I do love Christmas. Well that should read i absolutely love the whole build up to Christmas.....
Ever since my eldest was little ( hes 20 now) as soon as we had bonfire night i would remind him that Kelvin the elf was listening for him being good. He was reporting all his good and bad things back to Santa. Well it worked a treat ;o) So i carried it on with my other 2 sons. In 2008 i found a gorgeous elf online ( he came from USA) Kelvin came to visit and he was sooo mischievous. One night he took all the tinsel off our tree. The next morning i caught him trying to hide in a big pile of the tinsel. He climbed the tree. Stayed up all night playing on the xbox360. Ate the candy canes off the tree to name but a few !!
On the LO i made a ticket that slots in behind the picture which has journelling about Kelvins antics. I added 3 snowflakes/ flowers to the top of the ticket so that it was more visable

I wanted the really cute Sammie Snowman digi image by Lexi Creations ( available here ) To look as if it was part of the backing paper, thats why i chose to use a white background for my LO. Heres a close up of the image.

I coloured the image with my Promarkers and then added stickles and glossy accents. I loved this image so much. It was really easy to colour. So i just had to make a card using the same receipe.

Just for a little celebration hows this ?
To help with the celebrations don't forget the Creative Craft World special For every order placed from now until Monday 23rd August there is a 10% discount and a FREE Christmas present!

Great card! I love the snowman image. We have two elves that come to our house and boy do they make a mess. Last year they brought two reindeer & a dragon (all Webkins) and tried to train the dragon. We found the dragon tied up with the fire extinguisher beside it and a note that the dragon did not make a good reindeer so mom should get him. he he! Thanks for playing the Critter Sketch Challenge and sharing Kelvin's antics with us.
